The second CD from the renowned Seattle band Frieze of Life, described as "the most exciting music in the region." This recording was made following a week-long artist residency at Centrum and features original music from Greg Sinibaldi and Chris Stover as well as intense, attentive, textural group improvisations.

Adept at ear-catching harmonies, the four horns adapt with striking sensitivity to the contours of the moment, and solos don't intrude but rather complement the mood. Bass and drums often attack from an oblique angle, offering ostinati that sustain momentum or motoric rhythms to energise the group-think."
